The hotel offers a great family-friendly atmosphere with lovely pools and a beautiful beach. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the dining experience was quite repetitive and could use some improvement. The service was decent, but the drinks served in small plastic cups were a letdown. We had an incredible week at the resort! The water park was a huge hit with the kids, and the evening entertainment was simply fantastic. While some aspects needed improvement, such as the food variety and tipping expectations, overall, it was a great holiday experience.
